The 4 O’Chocolate Wildland Firefighter Project is a Colorado nonprofit corporation currently seeking federal recognition as a tax-exempt public charity under Section 501(c)(3). Federal tax-exempt status has not yet been granted.
If recognition is granted effective as of our formation date, eligible contributions made during the application period may qualify as tax-deductible. Please retain your donation receipt and consult your tax adviser regarding your individual circumstances.
